Circle Health Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the Wards at Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with a permanent contract and a salary up to £31,500 per year.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation. You should hold NMC registration (Adult) and have experience in clinical settings, with surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Surgical experience required.
• Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning.
• Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care).
