Leighton Court Care Home in Wallasey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care. You will assess residents, develop and review care plans, administer medications, and monitor health, while leading shifts and supporting the care team to ensure dignity and wellbeing.
We offer 22, 33 or 44 hours per week with days and nights available and an emphasis on ongoing training, progression, and funded development within a supportive, professional environment.
Our 47 bedded home provides residential, nursing and nursing dementia care. Located in Wallasey, Wirral, Leighton Court is a warm and welcoming home with a supportive team and a strong community feel. £21.28- £21.78 per hour

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
