Pay & Hours
  • £22.57 per hour for day shifts
  • Enhanced rates for bank holidays
  • 38.5 hours per week (part-time options available)
  • Casual positions also available
Role & Responsibilities
  • You’ll spend most of your time within one community, getting to know residents and their individual needs.
  • With full support from a buddy during training, you’ll build the confidence to work independently, providing hands-on care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Liaise with GPs, dieticians, and other health professionals.
  • Assess care plans and review medication.
  • Support residents and their families with tailored care.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working with dementia patients and individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.
  • Upon joining, you’ll embark on a comprehensive Nursing Development Portfolio—offering training certified by Health Education England and competencies designed to enhance your career.
