A prominent healthcare provider in St Albans seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their dialysis team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care, develop patient care plans, and provide leadership to junior colleagues. We're looking for someone compassionate, adaptable, and ready to make a significant impact in patient care.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who shares our vision: to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to every patient we support.
As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You'll assess individual needs, develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans for patients dialyzing in our in‑centre or satellite units, ensuring all care aligns with professional standards and organisational policies.
In the absence of senior staff, you will provide leadership and supervision to other qualified nurses, healthcare support workers and students, ensuring that every member of the team contributes to excellent patient outcomes. Flexibility is essential, as you will participate in our haemodialysis on‑call rota to support the needs of the service.
