Job summary

Hill Care Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RMNH) to deliver high standards of resident care within a busy care home.

You will provide direct nursing care, supervise staff on shifts, and support the Home Manager to maintain safe and effective services. Applicants should be a 1st Level Nurse with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in caring for the client group, plus a satisfactory DBS/POVA check.

Qualifications

• 1st Level Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise staff on shifts.
• Maintain and review Client Care Plans in consultation with clients and health professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines following NMC guidelines.
• Report illness and arrange GP/professional visits when required.
• Participate in staff and client meetings and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
