As a Registered Nurse (RN) placed by GL Care, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating healthcare services, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Your primary goal is to ensure the highest quality of care is given to residents in nursing homes. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients\' health status, documenting vital signs and notable changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate and provide wound care, as well as other specialized nursing procedures.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Advocate for the residents’ needs and preferences in care planning decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications
