Responsibilities of RN

1. Provide resident care following standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, including the physician's treatment plan.
2. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
3. Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.
4. Monitor residents' conditions and report findings appropriately.
5. Accurately document care provided in accordance with orders.

Qualifications of RN

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
• Current, active RN license in MA.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
