Job summary

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking an experienced RMN or RNLD to provide high-quality mental health nursing across three wards. You will deliver compassionate care, complete assessments, and write clear reports as part of a collaborative team.

The role includes shift work, CPD participation, and delivering safe, effective nursing under NMC guidelines. A supportive career pathway and onsite facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be RMN or RNLD with current Pin.
• Ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
• Understanding of the latest nursing practices.
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with the management team to audit, improve quality, and develop the service.
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge.
• Administer medicines in line with procedures and guidelines.
