Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents in a care home environment. You will develop tailored care plans, administer medications safely and apply clinical judgement to ensure high-quality care while respecting residents' autonomy and dignity.

You will work within regulatory guidelines, including DoLs/MCA, and contribute to a supportive, compassionate team dedicated to delivering excellent care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
