Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Gower Gardens Care Home in Halesowen, West Midlands. You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care, upholding residents' dignity and independence.

You will be supported by an enthusiastic team, enjoy comprehensive induction, and access ongoing development. Pay is £22.50 per hour for permanent day shifts in the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in care home or nursing setting preferred.

About The Role

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and attributes

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and qualification

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
