Job summary

Onpoint Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for flexible, temporary agency work in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. You will deliver nurse-led care across placements, following individual care plans and clinical policies.

Responsibilities include health assessments, medication management, documentation, escalation of changes, and supporting staff while upholding safeguarding and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Have relevant recent UK nursing experience and be confident with medication management, clinical documentation and recognising deterioration.
• Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and required competency assessments.
• Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and placement policies.
• Assess and monitor health and wellbeing, administer and manage medication, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff while maintaining dignity, safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Adapt to different care environments while remaining accountable for professional practice.

Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced, professional and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our flexible agency team.

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will work across appropriate healthcare and care settings, delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering nursing care in accordance with individual care plans, clinical requirements and the policies and procedures of each placement.

Responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring individuals' health and wellbeing, administering and managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately.

You may also provide clinical guidance and support to care staff while ensuring dignity, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards are maintained.

As an agency nurse, you must be confident adapting to different care environments while remaining accountable for your professional practice.
