The Opportunity

We are seeking Perioperative Nurses to join our team at Dudley Private Hospital and Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the specialties of Anaesthetics Scrub / Scout and Recovery where required. You will have the opportunity to perform duties working across both facilities as required. Reporting to the Theatre Nurse Unit Manager you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager Clinical Nurse Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.


Skills and Experience


  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics Scrub Scout Recovery or perioperative experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong customer service focus

  • Demonstrate the ability to assess plan coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.

  • Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.

  • Ability to work a rotating roster


Remuneration

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $37.75 - $53.02 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN / Midwife gr1-gr8) FTE $72420.40- $101704.72

The Hospital

Dudley Private Hospital is a 62 bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical surgical rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory. Apart from general medical and surgical beds there are 27 licensed rehabilitation beds a cardiac care unit and a 15-bed mental health unit known as the Ramsay Clinic Orange.

Requirements


  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
