Working in a fantastic Elderly Nursing Care Home, this is a great opportunity. The home is 60 beds and rated GOOD in all areas by the CQC.

Details:

  • To support the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputy and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
  • To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.
  • To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.
  • To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.
