You will manage medication administration, provide support to residents, and lead care planning efforts. Experience in nursing homes is essential. Proficiency in PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of dementia and complex care are required.
Other skills required:
We look for strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and care planning skills.
Syringe driver experience, catheterisation, blood tests, PEG feeding, stoma care, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty are also essential.
