Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confident in leading shifts and supporting a care team.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop/ review care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor health status.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain a well-organised environment.
