A healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Heeley Bank Care Home. This role involves formulating care plans, administering medications, and monitoring the well-being of residents. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse qualification and a passion for providing high-quality care to older adults. The position offers flexible hours, competitive pay of up to £21 per hour, and various benefits, including a contributory pension and reimbursement for NMC Pin payments.
Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Nights to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, S2. At Heeley Bank, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Shift Times : 19 : 45-08 : 00
Rate of pay : Up to £21 per hour
Hours : 2-3 nights per week are available
Schedule : We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays

The formulation of person-centred care plans
Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.
Administration of medication
Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
Monitoring of resident well-being
Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary.
Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
