Job summary

Primary Source Care are recruiting for Registered Nurses (RGNs) to work at our client's service in St Albans, Hertfordshire providing high quality nursing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

We offer full time, part time and ad-hoc positions with hourly rates of £15.00 - £20.00. You'll assess care needs, develop health action plans, administer medications and respond to health concerns, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Nursing registration and experience with learning disabilities.
• Experience with complex diabetes care and PEG feeding would be advantageous.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing care needs and develop Health Action Plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor effects.
• Audit, order and store medications; perform personal care tasks as needed.
