A health organization in Wales is seeking a Band 5 nurse to assist the Ward Manager and take charge of clinical management when needed. Responsibilities include leading operations and supervising staff. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with strong clinical skills. Applications are welcomed in both English and Welsh.
The role of nurse at Band 5 is to assist the Ward Manager in delivering the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring the ethos remains conducive to patient care. The post‑holder will take charge of the clinical and nursing management of the ward in the absence of more senior staff and will cover for the Ward Manager on an occasional basis, fostering harmonious working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
