The Medical Day Case Unit (MDCU) is a unit that provides a service to prevent hospital admission and improves patient experience. Our aim is to provide optimum quality of care to patients coming in for a day case procedure or intervention.
MDCU has opportunities for both experienced and newly qualified nurses who are caring, enthusiastic and driven to join this experienced and friendly team. We are looking for dynamic, efficient individuals who can work under pressure to support the team in providing effective treatment for patients whilst developing a wide variety of skills. Every day is different with great opportunities to learn exciting new skills and challenge yourself to develop your career.
The successful applicants will be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to provide the highest standard of safe, effective care to their patients. To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients receiving medical treatment. The post holders will be responsible for patient care needs, and for the implementation and evaluation of the procedure or interventions. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard and efficient nursing care within South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust.
