Registered Manager Nursing and Dementia Care — Manchester Area

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care home for older people in the Manchester area.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual with prior CQC registration experience, a proven background in managing nursing or dementia care homes, and a leadership style that motivates teams to perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement in line with CQC and sector standards.

Key Requirements
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or dementia care home
