HC-One The Kind Care Company is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care in a nurse-led environment, guiding residents and families through life-changing decisions with clinical expertise and empathy.

We support ongoing professional development, safeguarding training, and collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams. Full right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• At least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care
• Ability to mentor and support students and colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care to residents and families
• Support and supervise junior staff and students
• Participate in safeguarding and reporting concerns
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions to improve resident outcomes
