Job summary

Buchanan Lodge Care Home in Bearsden, North Glasgow, is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to provide high-quality, clinically led care. You will assess needs, create and review care plans, administer medications and lead the care team across daytime shifts.

With funded development and clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, you will work in a warm, well-led setting that values dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN and registered nurse status.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision making.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Care home experience is beneficial, but all backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care.
