Job summary

Pottersway House Care Home in a tranquil village near Alsager is inviting applications for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). This luxury care home provides Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 60 residents.

You will work 36 hours per week at £22.36 per hour, with paid DBS, NMC PIN, pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave on a full-time basis. We support ongoing training and clear progression to Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Assess needs, review care plans, administer medications and monitor health changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain high clinical standards.
