A leading health service provider in the UK seeks a healthcare professional to deliver comprehensive physical health services within a prison. The role involves health assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. To provide a comprehensive physical health service as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to patients with physical health needs within Health & Justice. In conjunction with the management team contribute to and deliver a comprehensive Primary Health Service in partnership with mental health and key stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team within the prison setting.
