A healthcare organization in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join their Primary Care and clinical DART team. In this role, you will undertake health assessments, perform diagnostic tests, and support vulnerable patients. The position requires flexibility for weekend and night shifts, and you will work closely with Mental Health and Substance Misuse services to provide comprehensive patient care. As a Registered Nurse (Band 5), you’ll be an integral part of our Primary Care and clinical DART team, supporting some of our most vulnerable patients and planning care for people with complex and challenging health needs. You’ll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery – including undertaking health assessments and performing diagnostic tests – and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service.
We’re looking for a candidate with lots of energy and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll be working closely with Mental Health and Substance Misuse services to optimise on-site care and you’ll need to form working relationships with a wide range of partners.
