GK Healthcare is recruiting Registered Nurses to work across multi-bedded hospitals and care settings in the UK, including NHS trusts and private providers. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, monitor health, administer treatments, and work closely with doctors and families.

Applicants must have NMC registration, right to work in the UK, and at least 6 months of nursing experience, with DBS and health training certificates in place. Weekly pay and flexible shifts are offered.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients and residents.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication and treatments per care plans and guidelines.
• Monitor and record patients' progress and clinical conditions.
• Ensure nursing care plans are followed and updated.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals, families, and team.
• Provide one-to-one nursing care and support as required.
• Recognise changes in condition and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
