Job summary

Lovett Care Limited seeks a Registered Nurse for Bridgewater Manor in Worsley Village, Salford. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, leading the care team for 24-hour operation within available resources.

We offer a 0 hours bank contract with an excellent salary of £21.75 per hour. Shifts 07:45-20:00 or 19:45-08:00, alternate weekends. Benefits include NMC fee paid, paid breaks, handover, holiday enhancements, paid training, revalidation support and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care is essential.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
• Evidence of knowledge relating to care of older people for coaching and supervision.
• Demonstrate a professional manner and appearance.
• Demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate and motivate a team.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care.
• Manage, allocate duties and supervise the care team within shift.
• Be a role model and demonstrate person-centred care delivery.
• Safeguard the welfare of adults under care.
• Deliver residents' personalised care as per their plan.
• Support Home Manager and Deputy in leadership and audits.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff.
• Ensure accurate care plans and records.
• Manage daily rotas and workload.
• Contribute to admission file completion with team.
