Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Ability to show empathy and understanding of elderly care needs.
• Strong time management and leadership skills; good team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, families and other professionals.
• Report ill-health and coordinate GP/professional visits when needed.
