Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain care plans with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP/professional visits when needed.
