Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse for day shifts at Otterburn in Birmingham. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and support residents with complex health needs in a person-centred approach. The role includes acting as Nurse in Charge and handling behaviours of concern within a supportive team.

We value strong clinical skills, the Mental Capacity Act knowledge, and compassionate care. A full NMC PIN and commitment to best practice are required.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care.
• Experience with adult complex health needs and tracheostomy care.
