Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited in Stubbington is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a young male at home, delivering person-centred care and building a trusting relationship with him and his family. You will work to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, and provide skilled, reassuring support and clinical care within the home environment.

Applicants should have school-based or paediatric homecare experience, tracheostomy care, ventilation management (Nippy) and TPN.

Qualifications

• Home-based care experience, especially with paediatric clients.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
• Willingness to work to family-centered care plans.
• Experience in paediatric homecare settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care in the client home.

Shift Pattern

Full time/Part time – School Hours (08:00 – 16:00)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered General Nurse to support a young male in his home. This rewarding role involves delivering person‑centred care while working closely with his family to promote his independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Our client enjoys spending time with family and friends, is a passionate Portsmouth FC supporter, loves football and online gaming, and values being involved in decisions about his care. We are looking for a confident nurse who can provide skilled, reassuring support and build a trusting relationship with him.

We Are Looking For Carers With Experience In
