Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with TPN experience to support a young adult male client with global developmental delay, autism, and a learning disability in his home environment in Helston, Cornwall. The role offers days and night shifts with excellent pay and guaranteed hours.

The successful applicant will administer TPN and medications via Hickman line, care for gastrostomy tubes, and provide patient-centred care to promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing registration (NMC) and valid practicing certificates.
• Experience with TPN and complex home care.
• Ability to deliver patient-centred, dignity-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.
• Monitor client wellbeing, comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily living needs while promoting independence.
• Manage Hickman line for TPN and medications; care for gastrostomy tube.
• Support with medication administration via gastrojejunostomy tube.
