Fleet Valley Care Home in Gatehouse of Fleet is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) on a bank hours contract. You will provide clinically led care, maintain safety and person-centred practice across shifts, and contribute to a supportive, home-like environment.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and lead the care team. Strong communication, clinical judgement and leadership are essential; experience in care homes is helpful but we welcome nurses from varied

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home is beneficial but we welcome nurses from varied backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, clinically led care while ensuring safe, person-centred practice across shifts.
