Care Concern Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) at Crosslaw Care Home in Lanark to provide clinically led care and leadership across shifts. The role offers £21.55 per hour with bank hours per week, PVG paid, and uniform provided, plus ongoing training and progression into senior roles.

Applicants must hold an active NMC PIN and have strong clinical judgement, with good communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.

• Experience in a care home or similar setting is beneficial.
