Job summary
Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Whitecraigs care home on the staff bank. You will lead with a person-centred approach, support residents’ clinical and emotional needs, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.
You will ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant, while promoting dignity, safety and wellbeing in a home-like environment. A competitive rate and ongoing development opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
- Strong commitment to person-centred care and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver person-centred care for residents.
- Develop and evaluate care plans using the Nourish platform.
- Administer medications following procedures with accuracy and safety.
- Mentor and support junior staff to build confidence and skills.
- Promote independence and meaningful activity for residents.
