A leading UK healthcare provider is looking for a Temporary Registered Nurse to join their team in Wandsworth Common. You will oversee care delivery, ensuring the well-being of residents while supporting your colleagues. This is a temporary Registered Nurse role at Avery Healthcare in Wandsworth Common. The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, and effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience and up‑to‑date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post‑basic studies/qualification. Additionally, you should display good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, as well as sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
