A healthcare service provider in Ramsgate is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered nursing care in secure environments. The role involves assessing health needs, providing clinical care, and working closely with diverse teams. Ideal candidates should possess NMC registration and clinical experience. DrPA has been operating in secure environments since 2014 providing General Practitioner services and we are now growing to provide a complete healthcare service at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil. This will be delivered directly or through a range of specialist partners who are experts in their field. We deliver our services based on our ethos of CARE:
To provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to individuals at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil. The role supports adults from diverse cultural backgrounds who may have experienced trauma, uncertainty, or complex migration journeys. The postholder will work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver assessments, ongoing clinical care, health promotion, and emergency response in a secure, non‑punitive environment.
Registered Nurse (Adult) NMC registration essential.
Post‑registration clinical experience in acute, community, or primary care settings.
Evidence of ongoing CPD.
Experience working with asylum seekers, refugees, or culturally diverse communities.
Knowledge of trauma‑informed practice.
Experience working with vulnerable adults, safeguarding processes, and Rule 35/ATV reports.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
This post will require the holder to undertake and successfully complete the Counter Terrorism Clearance (CTC) process.
