Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced NMC registered nurse to work on the Bassetlaw Renal Dialysis Unit. You will autonomously assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.

This is a Bank position, offering extensive training and development opportunities. You will participate in our 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme, with ongoing CPD support and a range of benefits including a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• NMC registration and active nursing licence (UK).
• Ability to work autonomously in a Dialysis unit.
• Commitment to holistic patient care and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate dialysis care plans.
• Provide specialist dialysis nursing within the renal unit.
• Maintain high standards of care while working flexibly as part of a bank staffing pool.

Registered Nurse–Bassetlaw Renal Dialysis Unit

Are you an NMC Registered Nurse seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing? You may have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, but whatever your Nursing background, with the right attitude and aptitude we have an opportunity for you!

What does the role involve?

Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

This is a Bank position.
