Job description

As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), you'll play a key role in supporting older adults with residential, nursing, and dementia care needs—bringing your clinical expertise to a setting that values quality. You'll work across a rotation of day and night shifts, collaborating with a supportive team who take pride in creating a warm, safe, and respectful environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, person-centred clinical care
  • Lead on meds, assessments, care plans & documentation
  • Support residents with complex and dementia‑related needs
  • Work closely with families, MDTs and the wider care team
  • Maintain professional standards & regulatory compliance
  • Act as a positive clinical role model on shift

Requirements
