Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a luxury Weybridge care home. This full-time role offers day or night shifts, paid breaks and excellent career development.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, manage clinical duties, develop care plans and supervise staff, while working to CQC standards. An active NMC registration (RGN/RMN) and at least 2 years post-registration experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents within a luxury care home environment.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day clinical management of a designated area of the home.
• Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans.
• Administer medication safely and oversee medication management procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to care assistants.
• Carry out clinical assessments and respond appropriately to changes in residents' needs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards and best clinical practice.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity in a luxury nursing home? To be considered for this Registered Nurse opportunity, you will need:
