Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible days & nights (8am–8pm, 8pm–8am)

As a highly respected member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high‑quality care.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and overseeing clinical duties.
- Experience ensuring policies and standards meet a high clinical standard.
- Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams and in supporting CQC tasks.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, essential for handover of clinical issues.
- Competence in working nights independently, with strong critical thinking and self‑reliance, able to manage staff and remain calm in emergencies.
- Ability to build connections with residents and families, delivering kindness and support.
