Salary: £17.56 – £19.50 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible days & nights (8am–8pm, 8pm–8am)

As a highly respected member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high‑quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and overseeing clinical duties.
  • Experience ensuring policies and standards meet a high clinical standard.
  • Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams and in supporting CQC tasks.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, essential for handover of clinical issues.
  • Competence in working nights independently, with strong critical thinking and self‑reliance, able to manage staff and remain calm in emergencies.
  • Ability to build connections with residents and families, delivering kindness and support.
