Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, located close to the seafront and set within a characterful Victorian townhouse.

Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day.

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract £23.92 per hour Nightshift or Flexible bank vacancy available Contracted to 48 hours Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long term conditions.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.

Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
