Job summary

Rowan Park Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to deliver clinically led care in a 50-resident home near Radstock. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, and lead shifts while guiding the care team.

The role focuses on safe, person-centred practice, accurate documentation and teamwork with families and healthcare professionals. Salary is £22.88 per hour with a 48-hour week, paid DBS, pension and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home environment is beneficial.

Job description

Our modern, traditionally built care home situated in the rural town of Radstock, will provide luxury accommodation for 50-residents. We will specialise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care., As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN

• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
