Job summary

A leading care home provider in Stockport seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for day shifts. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assess and review care plans, and mentor care staff. Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)

20 per hour Day Shifts Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess plan implement and regularly review individual care plans.

  • Maintain accurate care records and electronic documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families ensuring dignity and compassion.
  • Mentor care staff and contribute to ongoing training and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
