About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

A warm and inspiring woman in her 30s who lives in Skipton with her husband and two young children. She has a rare condition called Autoimmune Insulin Syndrome (Hirata’s Disease), which can cause sudden drops in blood sugar levels and requires careful overnight monitoring.

She takes an active role in managing her own health and is committed to supporting others with similar conditions. Her advocacy work has taken her to schools, charity events, 10 Downing Street, and even the Houses of Parliament, where she has shared her story to raise awareness and inspire others.

Alongside her advocacy, she works part-time in a school and dedicates much of her spare time to charity. To date, she has raised over £65,000 for a charity that grants wishes to children with serious health conditions. Having once received a wish herself while in hospital, she was inspired to continue organising large fundraising events and using her platform to make a difference.

We are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide attentive overnight care. You’ll closely monitor her blood sugar levels, respond promptly to any changes, and ensure our client’s comfort and safety throughout the night.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
