We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team.

Role focus

Your focus as a Registered Nurse will be to act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing instructions to act upon their behalf while ensuring high standards of care for residents. Other responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • Advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, informing and involving them in ongoing care decisions.
  • Effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during the shift.
  • Providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.

Qualifications
  • You must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years\' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies or qualifications. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application are also required.
