Job summary

Bupa UK seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Bank pool at Green Gates Care Home, Oxford. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care, support colleagues, carry out assessments and develop care plans, and promote safe practice during night and day shifts.

You will also coach and guide care colleagues, provide teaching, monitor practices and ensure compliance with standards and legislation, while maintaining effective hand‑overs and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
• Confident in offering clinical guidance, including support for CQC tasks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for effective hand-over of clinical issues.
• Strong critical thinking and self-reliance, especially when working alone at night.
