Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Registered General Nurse to work in Oxford across private hospitals, complex needs services and nursing homes. You will provide compassionate care and support to a diverse patient group, ensuring high standards of practice and safety.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, free training, ongoing professional development and a Free DBS, with 24/7 branch support. A current NMC registration and UK work entitlement are required.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• UK resident; sponsorship not offered.
• At least 6 months UK-based experience.
• Passion for healthcare and helping others.
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care across settings (private hospitals, complex needs services, nursing homes).
• Assess, plan and implement individualized care plans.
• Support and educate patients and families as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
