A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual for a newly created role focused on enhancing palliative and end-of-life care. This position requires a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with significant experience in palliative care. Responsibilities include developing care pathways, supporting clinical teams, providing staff training, and ensuring compliance with care standards. The role promises a high-impact contribution to patient care and involves working autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
This newly created, high‑impact role is a two‑year fixed‑term post aimed at enhancing palliative and end‑of‑life care across a broad geographical area. The position centres on developing and implementing care pathways, supporting clinical teams, and delivering staff training—including the ICB palliative care training resource.
