Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. The role involves comprehensive nursing processes, from assessment to follow-up, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active RN license and at least one year of clinical experience, including travel nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hold an active, unencumbered RN license with the state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of clinical experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in a variety of clinical settings, practicing within the standards and ethics of nursing.

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized nursing care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases—from preventative health to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—adapting to patient needs.
• Planning, assessing, educating patients, and performing various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
